What we build
AcuityGraph Scribe is an ambient AI documentation assistant for emergency medicine clinicians. The clinician records the patient conversation on their phone. The scribe drafts a structured emergency medicine note, including medical decision making and the ED course, and shows what documentation supports the level of care delivered. The clinician reviews and edits the draft and signs the final note in their own EHR.
Longer term, we are building an EMR for freestanding emergency departments, with ambient documentation built into charting from the start.
How we work
Emergency medicine runs on accurate, timely documentation. Our software drafts and organizes; clinicians make every clinical decision and approve every note. We design for that boundary first.
